Our fair and transparent approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
At NityaAstro, we put genuine care into every consultation. Each session requires dedicated preparation — studying your birth chart, analysing planetary positions, and crafting personalised insights. We kindly ask that you review this policy before booking, so we can ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.
Once your session is confirmed and the Google Meet link has been sent to you, the consultation fee is non-refundable. This is because preparation for your reading begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. Significant time and effort go into studying your chart before the session itself.
In the unlikely event that Yash is unable to attend or needs to cancel a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. We will also offer the option to reschedule at a time that works for you — whichever you prefer.
🔄 Our promise: If the cancellation is on our end, you will always have the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session — no questions asked.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You are welcome to reschedule your consultation under the following terms:
To reschedule, please reach out as early as possible so we can accommodate your request.
If you do not join the Google Meet session at the scheduled time and have not contacted us in advance, the session will be marked as completed. No refund or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. If you have any concerns about a payment or wish to raise a dispute, we kindly ask that you contact us directly first before initiating a chargeback. We are always happy to resolve concerns amicably.
