Our cancellation and refund terms
Important: All consultation fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds will be processed in the original payment method.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 12 hours may incur a ₹99 rescheduling fee.
If you fail to join the scheduled session without prior notice, the consultation will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
