By booking a consultation with NityaAstro, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

NityaAstro provides online Vedic Astrology consultations conducted by Yash Goel. All sessions are held via Google Meet at the scheduled date and time. Services include Birth Chart Reading, Birth Time Rectification, Vastu & House Design consultations, and other Vedic astrology-related guidance.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

By completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: Vedic Astrology consultations are offered for guidance and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

NityaAstro and Yash Goel do not guarantee specific outcomes or results based on astrological readings. Decisions made based on consultation insights are entirely the client's responsibility.

Astrology is a time-honoured tradition that offers a lens for understanding life patterns, tendencies, and timing. However, it should be used alongside — not in place of — qualified professional guidance where applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure an accurate and meaningful consultation, you agree to:

Provide accurate birth details — date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of the reading.
Join the session on time — please be ready on Google Meet at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
Maintain respectful communication — we aim to create a safe, supportive space for every consultation.

5. Session Recording

Sessions are not recorded by NityaAstro unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. Clients may request recording for personal reference, subject to mutual consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the NityaAstro website — including text, images, design, branding, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of Yash Goel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NityaAstro and Yash Goel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on consultation insights. Our maximum liability is limited to the consultation fee paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of NityaAstro's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of NityaAstro's services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
